2021 Performance Update

Comedy is alive and well! As people started getting vaccinated a few months ago, that meant more live performances could happen, which made me incredibly happy!

It’s been a busy 2021 so far and it feels great to be back on actual stages in front of real live (vaccinated) audiences! As far as stand up comedy, I’ve been performing at Stand Up NY Comedy Club, Stand Up NY in the park, The Tiny Cupboard (Oooh Comedy), Caveat (Boss Bitch Show) and more! My sketch comedy team, The New York Cheeks (formerly on Maude Night at UCBNY) moved from virtual shows to our first live in-person reunion at Caveat last month! I’ve also been making a lot comedic social media content (more on that in another post!).

Finally, last October, I starred in a short filmed called Synonymous With (a mock-umentary about a public access horror show host) written/directed by Thom Hilton. The film is starting the festival circuit already having been at Kansas City FilmFest International, Soho Horror Film Festival and West Sound Film Festival! On top of that, I’ve been a guest on numerous podcasts and have continued to participate in virtual readings of new plays and musicals. Stay tuned for more updates as the year goes on!
